Empress Vengeance

Age: Around 554 (omg I calculated), appearing at the age of 17.
Element: Water, though has been granted the elements of autumn by Taint.
Summon:

Eliade is no average otter. Furry, huge and WHITE, she could easily scare away dogs and cats just by baring her sharp little teeth (which will hurt you. Have you EVER got bitten by little animals with mega sharp teeth? THEY HURT.)

Whilst she usually likes her larger form, Gea usually finds it hard to carry her around. Ever since Taint had passed her powers on to Vengeance, Eliade has found the convenience that is resizing. Her size range is from a normal otter scale to the as-large-as-a-dog size.

Half the time she is used as a portable heater for Gea, which she tolerates.

Eliade is usually seen with Gea all the time by the beach, whether on the sands or swimming.

The patterns on Eliade's back is always swirling with change now and then. Sometimes it reacts to her mistress's moods, sometimes just because Gea thinks the swirls just so do not match her clothes. Convenient.

Power:

Vengeance's main powers had always been the ability to manipulate water, and all sorts of liquids. Despite her useful ability to manipulate the blood in other's bodies, she rarely uses her powers for that purpose, as it is too messy (proven once. She couldn't wash the blood out of her dress.)

Another example of her liquid manipulation (and a larger scale than just blowing up people's veins) would be moving water. Particularly, the sea waters. It was one of the ways she got so many Sins across in the first place.

Through Eliade, she could sometimes freeze water, but only sometimes, depending on the weather.

On her own, she could hold her breathe underwater for a long long while. With her powers, lets just say she could happily live underwater for a whole day.


After Taint has passed on her powers to Vengeance, she now controls the elements of the season Autumn: Healing, Thunder and Air. So far, she has mastered (well, as much as one can in 3 years) the elements of Thunder and Life, but the main element, Air, she could never grasp properly. Perhaps because she was not it's main user, but she doesn't know.

Her favourite attack, after all these three years, is to combine water with electricity. Painful, yes.

Weapon:

After all these years, she has stuck on to using her ever faithful double ended spear (which magically resizes!).

The ends of both spears could be removed to be used as razor edged boomerangs, and the rope used to tie the edges could be used for.. well, as a rope.

When not in used, or when she doesn't want to intimidate people, she wears them as a necklace around her neck. They now resemble like the two hands of a clock, which doesn't really attract as much attention as it once used to.

It can't be taken off her by others.


Its with colour, oh yes. Finally you know how it properly looks like, right?

Appearance:

Vengeance is about 162 cm tall (I can't grasp the concept of inches still..) and has slightly broader shoulders than most females, as a result from her swimming. She is evenly tanned, a result from sun tanning all too much at the beach.

Her light hazel-brown hair starts out as straight, then turns wavy, and the just outright curly at the ends, as if it could not make up its mind on how it wants to look. Half the time she either wears it in a ponytail (very messy), a half ponytail (tied back with a blue ribbon) or she just lets it drift in the wind, down and au naturel.

Her eyes are an otherworldly blue, which seems to glow, but its a trick of light, really. Below her left eye, three periwinkle blue dots form in a neat upward curve line.

At her neck, a symbol of a drop of water is seen, where she was stabbed to death in her past life. She thinks its pretty.

After Taint just up and went (getting repetitive, aren't we?), a strange silver symbol appeared on her left arm. It contrasts a lot with her tanned skin.

Her clothes usually changes when she feel like it , but is always seen in her usual, as seen in pictures. As for shoes, she wears whatever she thinks is good.

Its mostly in the colour blue. Other colours are for special events only.

History:

Vengeance's birth name was Rozanne, and she had a perfectly ordinary life, surrounded by friends, and lived by the ocean, where her family and friends spent every free time swimming and playing. Until the day that her father started gambling, that is.

Her father had gambled away everything, and started to fall into debt of loan sharks. Her father had paid them off with some of the left over money, but the loan sharks kept adding interest to the amount that they owe.

Her father, now jobless in the fear of meeting the loan sharks, was naturally unable to pay the immense amount of money. So one night, the loan sharks had set up a trap for the whole family and her friends, killing all but an angry Rozanne, who had been away by the seaside to catch dinner.

They managed to catch her anyway, and had drove a dagger through the base of her throat while she was flailing and kicking. Her last thought was for vengeance against the loan sharks.

They had deposited the dead bodies near the ocean, and spirit of Vengeance had taken over the body of Rozanne. Why her? She had never thought too much in it. Perhaps because she was still alive while everyone else was killed without them thinking too much about revenge.

And so, Vengeance was born. One of the oldest Sins, she enjoyed making her presence known to the other Sins.

After a while, she found the people who had caused her much grief, and had brutally murdered (and blown up) a large house in the Agaize Estates while they were throwing a party, by sneaking in.

The Estates had never been the same again. A large, blackened ruin now marred the beautiful estates that belonged to the rich and famous. At night, people often claim they heard moanings of restless spirits that might be trapped in the ruins.

After Taint's disappearance, Vengeance and Deception had took on the responsibility of the Sins.

As Taint's element and powers now lie in two different bodies, it made this easy for Purity and her Virtues to find them when both Vengeance and Deception were together. The Virtues, being fed a lie that Purity had been harmed by Vengeance, gathered and attack the once strong and invincible fortress, driving the Sins out.

Realizing that they could be sniffed out so easily now, both the Emperor and Empress decided to split up, Deception to the Lehaita peaks, where it was cold and harsh, but yet, he was in his strongest element.

Vengeance decided to take to the islands far out across the Aurous sea, where it was hard to reach, but she too was in her element of water. Basically, the Sins following her would be protected, what with water everywhere to her command.

Behaviour:

After 3 years, Vengeance has matured a lot. Whilst she still fulfills her namesake when in immense anger, she contemplates on her actions, making sure the Sins who had followed her to their new homes were safe at all times. She tries to be responsible for her actions nowadays.

She gets along with most of the Sins (except for Mischief, but that's because they love each other, ha), casually talking them over with a cup of calming tea and delicious cookies she and Vanity sometimes bake together.

Overall, Gea is a handy friend to have, and a horrible enemy. She might not be so obvious nowadays as to stab you straight in the face with her spear, but for all you know, she might have poisoned those cookies.

At cold, chilly nights, she spends her time out on the beach, gazing at the moon and stars, wondering how the others are doing. She doesn't talk about it, but she misses.. a few people.

Other:

She has... a little complicated relationship between Mischief and Deception. And an incoming crush on Avarice.

But I think she still likes Mischief. Its a love thats never to be! D:

And she is also quite old. By accident. Oh dear.
