Upon becoming a Sin, Treachery sought out the others, traversing the icy northern wastelands with Kuguma. After weeks of finding nobody, he descended into madness, finding animal bones and scrawling into the snow:
"would I lie to you?"
Kuguma urged him onwards despite his growing insanity, until they did find the Empress Taint, who had been waiting for a new Sin to arrive. On being asked whether he was that Sin, he could reply only:
"would I lie to you?"
It took months for him to regain control over his mind, and years from then on before he could be of use to the Sins. Even then, he was secretive, often in solitude, and little is known about where he would go or what he would do.
Here are the only living records of his time as a Sin. Even these are mostly incomplete.
