Faction: Virtue
Gender: Male
Age: 23 (but everyone think he looks like he's 17-18)
Element: Thunder
Summon:
A white, female eagle, with large wings and a long, wide, feathery tail.Power:
Emilianne is proud and elegant. She is very picky about who she keeps around her. That being said, she didn't actually choose Charisma, but she has no trouble getting along with him.
Though she is an eagle, Emilianne rarely hunts or attacks anyone. She prefers battles of wits and words, to battles that could shed blood.
Through his right hand, Charisma can discharge a positive-electrical current. Conversely, through his left hand, he can discharge a negative-electrical charge.Weapon:
Though polarity and magnetism seem like the high points of his power, the electrical discharges will still shock any living being, but generally not with the strength to do any severe damage.
Very unconventional, and different from anything else, Charisma's weapon is certainly one of a kind.Appearance:
A large spool, like one of a thread for sewing, is strapped to his side. Spun around this spool is a long cable, comprised of 3 thinner metal cables that were spun together to make it. On the end of each cable is a small metal hook, so when they were spun together, a small little collection of hooks was made at the end.
Since the all of his weapon is made of metal (excluding the spool; it's wooden) he can combine his power with it. When Charisma attacks someone, if he manages to catch them with his hooks/cable, then he can send an electric discharge down the cable and into his opponents body.
This technique also works well against opponents using metal weapon - like a sword. Say, if someone were to swing their sword and get the hooks/cable tangled around their blade (most likely trying to protect themselves from being physically being hit by them), the Charisma could set the electricity through the cables, and then through his opponents weapon.
Charisma is a tad short (5'6) and looks young; most people mistake him for 17 or 18. He has bright blond hair, cut just below his ears, with slightly messy bangs that don't quite cover his eyes. His eyes are bright, emerald green, and stand out against his soft, pale skin.History:
Charisma generally wears trimmed, and often embroidered, dress shirts, with dress pants. He likes to dress in regal colours: bright reds, brilliant golds, and deep purples. Though white and black always make nice additions and bases.
He has a bit of a perpetual smirk on his face, but people tend to find it charming. Charisma always makes sure to present himself in the most proper of fashions.
Charisma's story is not one sadness of poverty, so it would seem.Behaviour:
As a small boy, adults found him extremely adorable and well mannered. He attended dinner parties with his parents, who were among the upper class, at a young age. Trained in the fine arts, such as painting, literature, and music, Charisma was a well rounded, and very proper, child.
By the age of 16 he was already a well known musician and believe to be a true scholar soon. Though he had not completed his studies, people always thought he'd be the one at the top of any class.
By the age of 18, Charisma had already begun entertaining. Through the permission of his parents, he used their manor to hold parties and the like. People flocked from all around the area to attend one of Charisma's parties. He invited people of specific interest, but, as the gracious host he was, he let in any well dressed individual. Occasionally, he'd even bring a few lucky commoners in as well.
It wouldn't be far off to say that Charisma had many lovers, but at the same time, not even remotely close. When he wasn't hosting parties, study, or putting on piano concerts, he was entertaining women. Being a well established, good looking man, he was obligated to entertain women, and he was not one to deny it. Charisma constantly had at least two to three attractive, upper class women around him. They simply enjoyed being with him and listening to him talk to them. Most women his age and in his area were the type to expect a man to be charming and well-rounded, and to dazzle a woman with compliments - and he did exactly that.
Soon enough, when he reached the age of 23, he was at his peek. He had finished all his studies, he had hosted more parties then his parents had, he had everyone he'd ever seen swooning over him, and he could play the piano like no other. But then, something happened that he didn't expect.
On one rare day, when he for some reason wished to stroll the streets with an entourage of women, he stumbled about a quaint little shop in the middle class area of the city. Entering the store, he found the most enchanting woman. Charisma instantly had his sights set on this woman. It didn't matter than he could have an noble or lord's daughter, he wanted this beautiful commoner. Unfortunately for him, she wanted nothing to do with them.
When Charisma tried to win over this girl, she immediately recognized him. It turns out, this woman's parents had been put out of business by Charisma's father. Upon hearing this, he attempted to make it up to her and her family by offering to give her a large sum of money. This woman was nothing like the women he was used to, and was offended by this act, and yelled at him that she didn't want his pity.
Without anything more to say or do, Charisma left the store.
Charisma had always been liked, so this feeling of being hated by someone, burned into him. He had no idea how to comprehend this woman and her emotions. After some long time of wandering and thinking, Charisma found himself in an unfamiliar area. It was dark, dirty, and most of all, dangerous. He could almost her people's vile thoughts as the glared at him. He didn't fit in here, and these people knew it well. Just as he began to turn around and try to find his way out, he was attacked by a group of thugs. Presumably, they wanted his clothes and any money he had on them - which would be assumed to be a lot, based on how he looked and how he was dressed.
Charisma was killed during the attack, and his body was ditched outside of the town.
---
Charisma now wanders the world, continuing to entertain and make people happy. He's been trying to make himself more emotional and caring towards common folk, as he does not wish for another incident like the one with the woman who ran the quaint little shop.
Charisma is, well, simply put, a charming person. He's witty and clever, knowledge and well spoke, and always ready to impress.Other:
Always the first to strike up a conversation, Charisma is a master of compliments and the art of the spoken word. Though he is very proud and more than a slight bit egotistical, he still manages to pay others compliments.
When it comes to battles, Charisma generally tries to avoid them. He isn't scared of a fight, but he prefers to settle things in his own, silver-tongued, way. And be warned: if you wish to start an argument, or verbal battle with Charisma, you better have some damn good things to say, or be prepared to be trumped.
Yes, I sound egotistical describing Charisma, but it's the way he is, so it only makes sense.Journal:
