A woman walks toward her shop. Along the way she fells as if someone is watching her. She stops in mid stride and looks around. Though there is none in sight. She shrugs off the feeling. She continues on her way and reaches the shop. She takes out a key and unlocks the front door. She then quickly walks to the other side of the room to be ready to open the shop.
As she gets ready she hears the door hit metal. She stops and starts to slowly turn around. She sees a movement at the door but then whatever was there was gone. She feels safe for only half a second. Then she hears a foot step behind her. Before she could turn around a dagger crosses along her neck and a spurt of blood flays across the room with many more to fallow. Her body thudded on the table in from of her. In her place was Murder.
Murder looked away from the corpse. He had no interest on having what he did burned into his mind. This part of the job was not to his liking. But it was his duty to do it. He gave a sigh. He felt something rub up against his neck. He felt to find it was Tarna. She always knew how to comfort him. How Murder go to this point though was not his decision.
Murder had gone off with Pain to find people around town but half way through it Murder had left Pain to rest in a bar a few yards away. He had the idea to go out and explore more. Though when he spotted a seller that was giving away a card that had a red spider on it it became obvious that the card had his target. For such a small village of people he knew that there was only one or two agents and that the targets were of no major importance. So he got the woman as the target. He had no care for why she was wanted to die only where she was.
It was no trouble finding her. This might have been the easiest kill he had ever done. As Murder was remembering this he finally remembered that he had forgotten Pain. He gave a sigh of grief. It will be difficult to lie my way out of this one. Tarna chuckled. But I know that you will do it. Murder smiled at his trusted companion. She had always kept him going. She then quickly turned away from him. He heard the same she did. Foot steps coming to the shop.
Murder quickly ran to the window of the shop and leaped out. He had been trained to leap out of tall buildings and suffer minimal damage. Though this building was only some feet off the ground. When he landed he looked around to see if anyone saw him. One thing he was forgetting though was that his dagger was bloody and still in his hand.
