Equanimity saw Justices smile and unconsencly gave a equal, if not less, sweet smile. His body did that sort of thing now and again. He sat down in a chair very close to him. "The book is called 'The War Path'. " He looked over at Determination. "It is actually based off of one of the Indafel battles. I think some parts of it are changed to make it more appealing to the reader. Though besides that it is a very nice book."
Equanimity looked back at Justice. "Though like I have said before it isn't here." He shrugged. "I can't blame the person who build this library for not getting it. It is a very rare book and not many have read it." He thought it over. He thought about his own experience of wars. He would be able to write his own book. He shrugged and put that thought into the back of his mind.
Equanimity looked back up at the two. "I do know where it is. It is in some sort of vault I believe. But we don't need to go anytime soon." He leaned back in his chair. "I think it would be nice to get to know you all better. I he been traveling for as long as I can remember. So I don't know what has happened sense I have traveled."

“A vault? Must be a rare book.” She said almost to herself, More directed at Equanimity she continued” Maybe when Purity gets back you can show me where it is. She been having a rough time and I want to be here when she returns.”
Justice sat down in one of the chairs, it was soft and springy, and she almost had to hold herself back from bouncing on it a little. “Well,” she began, “I’m obviously Justice, I woke up a few years ago close to Indafell. I have a giant sea turtle named Creyohn upstairs, he really, really likes cake… I came here not to long ago, kept a low profile for awhile, and now here I am” She smiled, she really wanted a more interesting life. She’s fought a few bandits here and there, but Creyohn had put her through so much training it wasn’t even a challenge. Her train of thought trailed off, “So yea, that’s me in a nutshell…How ‘bout you guys?”
OCC: err…Spartan, I don’t think there’re guns yet. It’s to early in this world to have that technology.

[ooc: I know. "shoot" does not exclusively mean by a gun. It could be a bow, crossbow, or even a sling. Any ranged weapon, really.]
"Well, Justice, as I said I was an officer in the Indafel armed forces before I bought the farm. I'm all about getting things done, getting them done right, and getting them done fast. No room for nuggets in my eyes. You get a mission, you accomplish it. All that matters in the world."
Termi sat on the table and crossed his arms at hearing Equinamity's description of "The War Path"
"Vault, you say? That means it's valuable. It also means it won't be easy to get. Have you got any leads?" He said, his demeanor instantly changing to one of strong purpose.

Equanimity listened to both of there story's. "You both have very nice lives." He chuckled. "I wish my life was like yours. For me was live and forget. I guess it is something about my mind that make it so I don't remember much. It isn't that I can't remember. Its just that I choose to forget. Whether it be of a horrible instant or just time wasted. That is the reason why I can't remember much of my life until now."
Equanimity looked over at Determination. "Well I haven't been there my self but Othel here has." He points to the flying squirrel at his feet. Othel looked over at the others. I stumbled on to it will exploring. The vault is massive. I looked around for a while and I still think there are more places in there to find. But I don't think I was the only one who found the place. In there I saw tracks of a lion. But I never saw one. He looks at the faces around the room to see there reaction.

“Well, we should defiantly head to the vault later!” Justice said excitedly, “but for the meantime I think I‘ll just pick out something here.” She stood up and wandered over to a different shelf from before. While browsing through the books she came across and old one without a title, intrigued she pulled from the shelf. She opened the book to find the first page blank, she flipped through more to find that they were all blank too.
The ground below her started to move, the bookcase was spinning. Shocked she just stood there and looked back at Equanimity and Determination as she disappeared into the other side of the wall. When the bookcase stopped she felt around the pitch black room the walls were made of bricks, and it seemed to continue on like a tunnel. It was also freezing cold. A rush of panic settled itself in Justice, and she banged her fists against the bookshelf “Get me out of here!” she yelled from her side of the wall, “Is the other side a bookshelf to? Try to pull out some books!”

Almost as soon as she had said it, Determination was at the bookcase, pulling book after book off the shelf. after a few he paused and stood back.
"Justice, move away from the bookcase." Termi said. he adopted a powerful, braced stance and put his arms out in front of him.
Wait, Determination! No! Ahnal said, leaping to his feet.
The air around the bookcase shimmered and darkened. The bookcase itself began to creak. suddenly a shelf snapped in half, upwards towards the center of the bookcase. Then the sides collapsed inwards. the carpet on the floor nearby began to raise up towards the small singularity* forming on the bookcase. Over the course of about a minute the bookcase, the books on it, and a number of nearby small objects had been collapsed into a very dense ball of rubble floating in midair exactly where the bookcase once stood.
Termi relaxed and it fell to the ground with a loud "Thunk". At the same time, the Virtue fell to a knee, clearly out of breath. he looked over at Ahnal.
" Don't you dare say that wasn't really cool."
The bear walked past his master, into the now-exposed passage
Those books were probably worth more than you can imagine, Determination. The "cool" route is usually the most destructive.. Ahnal looked at Justice.
Are you alright?
*Science lesson: A singularity is a point where there is so much mass packed into an infinitissimally small area such that it's gravity becomes inescapeable, even to light. What Determination did here is increase the mass of a book on the shelf to the point that it collapsed and became a sigularity with a small enough event horizon that it would only engulf the bookshelf. (The event horion is the distance from the singularity at which it's gravity is so great that it cannot be escaped. that's why he told jJustice to move away)A singularity is what lies at the center of a black hole.

Equanimity was about to chop through the wall until he heard Termi. Equanimity took a step back. He had only read of hints on what Determination did. Equanimity was still stunned a few seconds after it happened. Then his mind came back to reality when he heard Determination kneel to the floor. Equanimity quickly moved to his side. Then put his arm under Determinations shoulder and helped him up.
Equanimity walked into the tunnel that Justice found. He then looked over at Justice. She seemed to be ok. Equanimity then looked back at the cave. "It seems to be very old. I don't know if it is older than the house but it is probably very close to it." He pointed off at the direction of where the tunnel let off to. "It is possible that this tunnel is natural. But I don't know if it isn't." He looked back at Justice with much enthusiasm. "Did you know this was here?"

“I had no idea,” Justice was still a little shocked from the bookcase being destroyed in front of her, but she just shook it off. A shiver ran down her spine, she wasn’t sure whether it was a bad feeling or just the cold draft from the tunnel. “Should we follow it? But I don’t want to just leave the girls without telling them… I know! We can leave them a note, we won’t be gone to long will we?” She ran over to a desk and scribbled a quick message down telling Innocence and Chastity where she was going. “ Well you two I’m going to explore a little bit,” realizing they never said that they would go with her she added,” follow me if you like, Il be taking left turns so I don’t get lost.” Then starting down the tunnel.occ: Sorry about late response, on vacation

"I'm always up for shindiggery and tomfoolery. Let's check this out." Termi said, entering the tunnel as he passed Ahnal, the bear met his strides.
About 10 paces into the tunnel, he stopped.
"Uh... either of you have a light? it's pretty freakin' dark in here." he yelled back at Justice and Equinamity.
Typical Termi. rushing headlong into a situation, completely unprepared. Ahnal said.
"Quit yer patronizing. I know what I'm doing." Termi said, lightly kicking his summon.

Equanimity smiled. "Over course I will come." He looked off to where Determination ran. Then burst out laughing. I was funny to see him act like a child. He went back into the room and found a torch. "Heres one." Equanimity went back into the tunnel. Then gave the burning torch to Determination.
As he was walking deeper into the tunnel his hand brushed up against Justices. He felt a shielded memory inside her mind. The wierd thing was that it was shielded against her from seeing it but he would have no trouble with taping it himself. It might be rude but she wont notice. So then Equanimity taped into the memory.
Men grabbed at her arms.
She screams and attacks them out of fear.
More come and hold her arms.
More of her screams.
She is brought to a wood block.
She looks up.
She sees the glint of and axe above a head.
Equanimity quickly jumps away from Justice. He notices that he is breathing heavier. Othel moves to him for comfort. Equanimity looks up at the two worried looking faces. He gives and imbariced smile. "Sorry. I thought I saw a bat. Lets keep going." He continues to move on. Should we tell her? Equanimity looked over at Othel. There is a reason why it is blocked to her.

Justice put her hand to her neck without realizing it, as she gave Equanimity a puzzled look,” Scared of a little bat E?” She teased. Starting to walk farther into the passage , she sent Creyhon a telepathic message about where they were going and to watch over the younger Virtues when they were out. She thought about Chastity, she was so frightened when loyalty and E barged through the door, hopefully Innocence would take good care of her. And Purity, although she had only known her a short time it felt like they had been friends for years. She had left with the Honesty fellow on some important business that Justice was clueless about, again she hoped Purity was alright as well.
Snapping back into the real world she looked behind, realizing how far ahead she had walked, “ Hurry up you guys! At your pace we will never reach the end of this tunnel!” She yelled back at them.

Chastity walked into the library on the ground floor of the House Eternity cautiously. She didn't know who or what was going to be inside. She walked around, marveling at the tall ceiling and the thousands upon thousands of tomes. She trailed her fingers along the spines of the books as she walked, sometimes stopping and blowing the dust off a particularly ancient-looking novel. One had a title reading "A Compendium of Abnormal Species". Opening the book, Chastity saw that it contained illustrations of animals she had never seen with her own two eyes.
She continued along the wall, occasionally pulling out a book to look at. She wandered, aimlessly, still worried about that storm. Her head was in the clouds, but she was snapped out of her daze when her hand touched nothing at all. She fell into a tunnel, ending up on her stomach inside. She hadn't realized she'd been putting that much weight on her hand. She stood up and dusted off her white skirt. She saw Virtues at the end of the tunnel and shouted to them, disregarding her terrible shyness for once. "Hello? Who's down there?"
Secretly, she hoped she would find Justice again. She wanted to see her first real friend again. She started down the tunnel, picking up the pace. She had to face her fears some time. Why not now? Kia'arit purred in her sleeve. It reassured her that despite her fears, it would be okay.

"Hah. E's afraid of bats! They can't hurt you, silly." Termi said, responding to Equinamity's seizure-like reaction. Ahnal sniffed the air. I smell no bats in this passage. Don't be scared, E.
Termi stopped walking as he heard a sound at the mouth of the tunnel. He turned to face it. At first he saw nothing, but then the silhouette of someone lying on the ground at the entrance caught his eye.
"Justice, E, and Termi! Who's napping out there?"

Equanimity gave an embarrassed smile. When we are alone with her I will ask her if she knows of this. Othel sighed. It must be at the first opportunity. We don't want to delay it for too long. We might never get this chance again. Equanimity looked down the cave to where Determination was pointing. I know, I know.
Equanimity wasn't only looking down there with his eyes but also his mind. He found that there was a mind there of sorts. But the edges of it where blocked to him. He couldn't even cling on to a wisp of the mind. As he was looking for a way to tell what the mind was of he felt another mind get close to them. A familiar mind.
Othel go to Chasity and bring her here. Othel nodded. Of course. Othel flew off to the way they came. Equanimity looked back to the mysterious person. He then made up his mind. He took in one last breath and walked down toward the mind.
Othel was very surprised to find Chasity here. Hello there. The rest of us are in the cave. Follow me. He started to fly off to the entrance but then landed on the ground. It was now or never. Othel walked on and looked up and Chasity. What do you know about Justice?
