Summon:
Honour's summon is a small male black bear by the name of Wodanaz. Wodanaz is typically calm and well mannered but when provoked will go into a frenzy. This will not stop until all his enemies are dead or he himself is killed or knocked unconscious. Wodanaz always keeps Honour's best intrests in mind when acting and will do anything for his friend.Power:
Honour's primary power is the ability to harden parts of is skin for brief periods of time. He uses this to block enemies blows. He can not however stand against more than one or two hits every few seconds. So if an enemy were to unleash a flurry of attacks he would be vulnerable.Weapon:
Honour caries various weapons. His main weapon is a large single sided broad axe that he keeps strapped to his back. The axe is massive at 4 feet long and weighing in at nearly 40 lbs. Thanks to his immense physical strength Honour is capable of wielding the axe one handed for brief periods of time. He is also known to carry a 7 inch hunting knife that belonged to his father, and a longbow that he uses for hunting.Appearance:
Honour stands at an even 6' and has a well muscled bulky build. He is clothed in leather armor with steel plates attached at the shoulders, knees, elbows, and chest. The armor restricts his movement and he often wheres a simple wardrobe of canvas pants and shirt. Honour however always wheres his leather gloves and armored boots regardless of what he is doing.History:
Honour has long length, dirty blond hair tied back in 6 braides (3 running along the side of his head) with the rest flowing down his back to just past the level of his elbows.. He also has several inches of beard in a traditional woodsman style (big and full).
Honour was raised by his father in the forests of Deserith. His mother died during child birth. His father taught him how to hunt and fish. How to build a home and survive in the wilderness. It was in his childhood that Honour learned how to use a bow and an axe (even if the axe was only for cutting down trees at this point).Behaviour:
This teaching proved useful when Honour was 17 his father passed away from an illness he had gotten while in the wild. Following his fathers death Honour removed himself even farther from civilization. He had only visited the towns of Desarith once a year if that. He continued to survive away from civilization for several years. This extended absence from civilization led him to become very connected to the woods in which he lived.
On his 26th birthday (or at least a day close to it), Honour was out in the woods hunting for a suitable dinner for himself when he stumbled across a small black bear stuck in a hunters trap. Honour calmed the bear and approached. The bear sensed he meant to harm and allowed him to work on the trap. Just as he got the bear free he was attacked by the poacher that had set the trap. The poacher stabbed Honour in the back severing his spine. Honour fell to the ground paralyzed and bleeding heavily. The poacher came up and knelt down to slit Honour's throat. He never succeeded, the bear Honour had saved came rumbling out of the bushes and tackled the hunter. The bear proceed to maul the poacher. The last sight Honour saw was the bear standing of the corpse licking its lips.
Honour was not dead however. He had been reborn as an immortal. When he awoke he had no idea that he had been reborn, his summon Wodanaz was there however. Honour assumed he was a nature spirit that saved him as repayment for his rescuing of the bear from the trap. Wodanaz did nothing to refute this idea and in fact went along with it.
Honour would continue to live his life in the woods for another ten years accept now rather than being alone he was accompanied by Wodanaz. He however was not completely undisturbed. The war between the Virtues and the Sins had left its mark on the woods of his home and he knew of most of the events of the war. Now that the war he has finally over, Wodanaz decided to break his silence on what had really happened to Honour. He told Honour that he was not a nature spirit as Honur has assumed and that Honour was now an immortal specifically a Virtue. Honour was not angry but instead understood that it had been for his own good that he had not been told of his true nature.
Following this new revelation Honour decided he should try to locate the Virtues and thus set off in the direction of House Eternity.
Behaviour:
Honour is a quiet man who finds very little need to speak. He will protect his friends and will fight his enemies to the last man. He does not seek out friends but those who do earn his friend ship are his friends for life.Other: Journal:
As a result of being raised in the wilderness for nearly all of his life Honour has a great affection for the woods and the creature within. He will defend the woods against any ill meaning individuals. He not surprisingly has developed a strong dislike for urban life and will go to great lengths to avoid going to a town or city.
