She paused mid-chew. Come to think of it, she didn't really now how to answer his question. She shrugged. "Dunno, really." She glanced down at the knife, caressing the bone blade. "I've had it longer than I remember. I s'pose after a hundred years you get used to using the things you have, eh?"

Babi squirmed anxiously. He was restless from being in one place for so long. The day had continued to grow older. She stood up and kicked the slippery remains of the fish back into the stream. "You finished? We best get moving."

Markes nearly choked on fish. "A hundred wh... Never mind. Ya lest go." He decided on not questioning immortality. But 100 years! Well at least now you know shes of the age. Fenlar chuckled into Markes head.

Markes hit him again. Then turned to Tach. "You take the lead my lady. I have no idea where to go from here." He decided to be chivalrous to her. But he hasn't done that in a long time.

Tach nodded. She took off in the direction of the House. The cold grass tickled her feet like pins and needles as she ran. Enjoy it, this may very well be your last run until spring. Detachment ignored Babi's grim remark. Nothing mattered to her except for the here, the now. Now, she was running, feeling the cold air fly past her face. Now, she and her new friend, jogging alongside her, were the only things that mattered in the world.

She could see House Eternity on the horizon, growing ever larger until the pair was before its gates. Her chest was heaving, her breath had escaped her. She stood smiling as her inhaling and exhaling began to steady. she turned to Talent, still grinning. "We're here!" She hollered. "Come. I'll go first."

ooc: Would you like to do the honour of making a transfer post in House Eternity? You could add to Sunrise, that way we're meeting the other characters.
