It's been a long many months, hasn't it?
I guess it's time to start again, and this thread is to clear up a few things beforehand.
Coming back now, a few of you will certainly have questions as to the situation you're going to be walking into. I'm gonna try and answer your questions. Things HAVE changed since last planned.
-----Virtues
-----Sins - Lehaita
-----Sins - Kham'hur
-----Drifters
This is still under consideration, but more solid than before.
-----Purity
-----Taint
Please, please, PLEASE take a look at these before starting to roleplay. Thanks!

Where To Start?
Coming back now, a few of you will certainly have questions as to the situation you're going to be walking into. I'm gonna try and answer your questions. Things HAVE changed since last planned.
-----Virtues
Over the last three years, you've seen the oddest changes, and you're not quite sure why they're happening. Humans have been expanding their boundaries. Indafell city has grown down, along the coast of the region and partly into your lands. Another grouping of them sits comfortably with those formerly known as the drifters, at the very south of Desarith, coexisting with no secrets whatsoever.
There's something missing, and for the life of you, you don't know what.
Your lives are busy with meeting and learning from the new Goddess Purity, and trying to figure out why everything around you has been rapidly changing since that day of amnesia three years ago. Your power--which doesn't seem your own anymore--is increasingly difficult to control, and your friendly summons have been flickering in and out of consciousness because of it. Although you turn to this new Goddess for help, she doesn't seem to know what to tell you. As you watch her, she seems lost, always clinging to a young redheaded girl that you know she saved after that day three years back. Who is she? And who is the male constantly following?
It's been unsafe to travel in the area around Halodale lately. The ground is humming with power and miniature earthquakes have been assaulting the land. The large Prism Shard there has been glowing with an oddly vibrant green light that seems to make most of you sick when around it.
-----Sins - Lehaita
If there's ever been a time to get completely and utterly frustrated, it's now. The biting temperatures of your residence make everyone snappy, especially when the Emporer forgets to heat the water up every day. Constant winds and snowfall make the job of constructing the Fortress a slow one- three years, and there's still much to do.
Your power and energy seems to be draining profusely, but surely it can\t all be because of the weather. Everyone suspects there's something more to the reason. Your immunity to nature's forces seems to be falling, and sickness (previously unheard of in your kind) has been reoccurring lately in all of you. Although all of the summons seem to be in good health, the communication between you and them is... breaking up. You've also noticed less ethereal, and more animalistic tendencies in their natures. It's frightening, especially as there's a lack of people to talk to anyways.
In better news? There's a caravan of humans who will be coming up to work in Wintersea Post soon, as they do every winter and spring. Perhaps this year they'll have more old stories to tell about journeys and myths and legends of this northern roof of the world.
-----Sins - Kham'hur
It's been three tiring, hot years, and still no news from the mainland.
The locals of the island continue to have unwavering loyalty and swear upon you as deities, as the sickness of their island shamans has been fading slowly. Have you really brought these people back from the brink of destruction by chance? In turn, you feel as if you are the weary ones, now. Perhaps it's just boredom.
You've been finding yourself drawn to the supposedly 'ancient' dull red shard that is embedded in the side of the volcano on Isle Magei. You can sense a power in it that you lack, and yearn for... but have no idea how to release.
There's a boat coming from Desarith in a few weeks. Perhaps more sins will be arriving on it? It might be a good chance to sneak one of your own back over to the mainland... unless you believe as a group it's too risky. What happens if everything is changed? You're not sure quite what to expect, but you're sick and tired of just sitting around. Electing someone to hitch a ride back might not be such a bad idea after all.
-----Drifters
Drifters are now a more neutral-than-neutral kind that go by their first name, and live with the humans. If your character somehow happens to be a drifter, it's suggested you follow the virtue storyline, unless you are specifically elsewhere. We're hoping to eventually erase this class from playable factions.
Where are Taint & Purity?
This is still under consideration, but more solid than before.
-----Purity
After the accident three years prior where the virtues and most humans had their memories erased, Lark was left in the clearing, alone and confused. When everybody walked away in their own astonishment, there was one girl who approached her, eyes wide and memory preserved. It took a significant time for the change to happen, but after a year it was clear who the spirit of Purity had chosen as the newest host.
(The charactersheet for this newer Purity, quite similar in appearance, hasn't been created-- but it will be ASAP. The girl who will be taking over has a passion for writing and has been catching up on PoS history for a while. Don't be worried!)
-----Taint
Just as planned, their remains no host for the spirit of Taint. Elarkashaye, who has been released from this burden for the time being, resides in Watcher's Region. She has been studying avidly in both the Wisdom Vault, and has also been frequenting trips to the Dreamgates in Indafell City, yearning for more information about where the sins have gone. Purity has convinced her not to tell anyone what she knows, so most of this is all towards personal satisfaction- at the minute. From what she has gathered through various sources, she knows that the elements are off balance due to her second spirit's disappearance.
As per Taint, the demon spirit herself, it's not known where exactly she resides. Her communications through Larketh have been dimming and shortening, and so news hasn't been passed onto Pride in a long while. Larketh is having just as hard of a time staying conscious as most of the other Desarith-bound summons, and it's feared that if this goes on for too much longer, figuring out all the pieces of the puzzle will never be solved, and the future looks bleak.
Must-see threads.
