Use:

Iakko is the village leader of Kham'hur, and also quite a powerful immortal. While tending to the matters of his village and the boat at every solstice and equinox, he also moves the small islands around on the ocean, at a pace of about a meter every half hour.

This is where he got his name, 'Earthshifter'.

Summon:

The spirit-animal companion, who was once more of a summon than he is now, is a gigantic sea turtle named Guappa. It is with Guappa's help that the island speed can sometimes double, or triple if necessary.

As all of the original island summons, Guappa appears as if he is made of smoke and steam, a ghostly form of the animal he represents, with wild power.

Power/Abilities:

Aside from the mental power that comes with being the elder and leader of the village, Iakko reins heavily on the natural forces of Earth and Stone.

Unfortunately, for the last 813 years his power has not been at its highest strength. With the absence of the deities, power flourished on the islands, undisturbed by the Shard of Isle Magei. Since the beginning of the new prophecy, magic has dwindled away, leaving them with very low capacity.

Now with the upset of the banished Taint and death of Purity, it has been thrown into an unpredictable cycle where sometimes it flings power, but mostly grabs it. The earth is bursting with life, pulling magic directly from Iakko without consent.

Appearance:

Although this immortal is well older than the current Taint or Purity, he doesn't appear much older than forty-five. Iakko is in fact a little past two millenniums old, give or take a few years. He has seen and felt balances shift all over the world, and wields knowledge. He doesn't let this on to just anyone.

He has very dark skin from all time in the sun. He is bald, although has a long and thin gray beard that appears streaked with green. Iakko's eyes are a soft, friendly, yet mysterious green.

He is very tall, as are most islanders, standing at about 6'10".

Behaviour:

Iakko is extremely calm, and welcoming. It is him who first noticed the change in environment with the arrival of Gea's sins, and made sure they were treated well. He says he is forever in their favor for returning power to him, and will answer any of Gea's questions.

The elder is very protective of his people, and cares for them all as his own family.

He has a high-pitched yipping laugh.

I can totally imagine this friendly bald man. He sounds like my grandfather.. or at least, what my grandfather used to be like.
