"Guys, I have money, we don't need to go tricking people or taking hand outs, I can pay. No if ands or buts! Now let's see about getting our eats on, I hope they have some kind of pie. Yum...pie." Love said before she skipped ahead giddily then stopped "com'mon hurry up you guys!" Her voice anxious.
I don't trust that Skill, stealing his way through life Yeh said quietly to Love while they waited for the others to catch up.
"My sister stole most of our meals ans clothes when we lived on the streets!"
Oh yes, your 'virtue' of a sister.
"Fair enough...but she was an OKay kid before, you know. But enough about her, today is supposed to be a happy day." Love looked back to the others with a smile on her face.

ooc: Continued here from A Touch of Insanity.

Ilera woke from a surprisingly calm sleep, after a day of mayhem and slaughter. And that was to say nothing of the dying part, if she actually had died. The whole thing was a little unclear at the moment, but she didn't think Logran's thugs had aim that poor. She remembered something else...her personality had changed for a while. Naive, yes, but also obsessed with killing, a strange combination. She shook herself awake and saw a dingo staring at her, again regressing into her state of blissful ignorance. "Puppy!" she yelled, hugging the rather obviously hesitant summon. Insanity, listen to me, Kahr'gohn began, but she was already too far into the other side of her personality. "A TALKING PUPPY!?" she screeched in joy, hugging Kahr and petting him fervently.

Before he could get another word in to explain why she was alive, who and what she was, or very much of anything, she had danced across the room and firmly embedded a dagger through her doorway. Pulling it out and sheathing it again, she opened the door to a wide-eyed henchman, one of the newer ones, staring intently at the spot where a dagger had just cut part of his hair and nearly stabbed him in the eye. "Don't look so worried silly, I wouldn't miss," she mused as she skipped down the hall. "Ranummmmm," she sung to her second-in-command, "You're in charge while I'm away." She briefly resumed her normal composure, "We did set up the schedules for the next month? Yes, we did...I shouldn't be out long but I will be going out more often now, I'll always be back in time to finalize the next month's schedule though." She reverted to her new personality, tumbling out the door and nearly breaking her neck on the steps. Khar sighed, Well, doesn't THIS look enjoyable.

Ilera began walking down the street, but was promptly bumped into by a young girl dressed in an affluent and beautiful dress. She saw that she was talking to an old man and a mysterious-looking younger one. And..."BIRDY!" Insanity squealed in delight, reaching out slightly, then looking at the girl, grinning. She looked over the girls head for a minute intently, as though studying something. "You're like me...all of you are! Well, kind of..." She trailed off then looked happily at the girl and threw her arms around her whispering under her breath something about more people like me. She released the girl and stared intently at Yeh. "IIIII liiiiiike youuuuuur birrrrrrrdy!" She said slowly but with much enthusiasm. She smiled at the girl, adding "You'rrrrre preeeetty," and smiling at the others also. "I'm Ilera!" She stared briefly over the heads of each of the others. "Love...Yeh...Skill...Hexic....Time....Tychi...Pera....Paron... Got it!" she giggled slightly and stood there staring at them, then took to admiring the girl's dress, and feeling the soft fabric. "Itttt's soooo niiiiiice."

You guys can go ahead and post if yer waiting for Skill because I know it's been taking a while for him to respond. I will respond some time tonight, I've been studying for exams so I will take some time to think of what to say later. Skills quiet anyways.

Fear. It was all Honour could feel. The normally brave man walked now crouched slightly, eyes darting every where, afraid of every strange noise and object, hand never leaving the hilt of his dagger..

He had arrived in the city that morning and had been looking around since. His progress had been slow as he refused to move faster than he could take in an area. After 3 hours of this Wodanaz decided it was time to encourage his friend. Relax, there is nothing in this city that can harm you, at least not seriously.

Honour came around the corner he came upon an unusual sight; 2 men and a 2 young women talking. This alone was not what was odd. It was the presence of animals that made it odd. "Wod are those animals perhaps summons?" Honour asked inquisitively. Hmmm, it would not surprise me if they are. You should ask one of these 4 happen if they have any knowledge of the Virtues and their new home. Reluctantly Honour agreed "I suppose you are right. I guess I shall have to ask."

Honour approached the group and realized he should perhaps try to look a little more dignified. Standing tall with his hand no longer at his dagger, he asked the group somewhat sheepishly in his deep voice, "Pardon my interruption but do any of you perhaps know of the Virtues?"

This girls a little unusual isn't she (speaking to Skill). Skill simply nodded as he stood and watched Love being closely admired by the stranger while keeping his right hand rested on his katana from underneath his cape. He stood in paranoia waiting for her to show any mysterious signs that she could be an enemy to allow him the excuse to attack. He had lived in paranoia all his life and it has worked in his favor before. He then noticed a mans voice greeting them from behind him.

Skill glanced over his shoulder to analyze the owner of the unfamiliar voice. Revealing his glowing blue eyes that stood tucked within the darkness of his uniform. This key feature made it obvious that this individual was not entirely human. Skill then shifted his body to face the curious individual sending his large black cape to drift around him through the air. "Indeed we are and by the looks of it you are one as well judging by that bear. Considering I don't normally see people walking around town streets with balck bears. I am Skill and these are some of my friends Love, Yeh, Time, Tychi, Hexic and some random girl that seems to have come out of nowhere just now. I came here to get aquatinted with some of the Virtues and it seems this place holds plenty of them. We were on our way for a sit down at perhaps a coffee shop or restaurant and you are welcome to tag along if you'd like. I would like to get to know my allies".

The sunny sky's colors began to dull as a distant dark cloud began to approach. Awww man that stupid cloud is back! Why can't you get better at hiding your powers so the dam thing isn't always following us? It's useful for combat circumstances but right now I'm trying to enjoy this sunny day (speaking to Skill). "I try to dull my powers but there is only so much I can do. At least it didn't reach Loves residence. Besides I personally enjoy it's company. Just keep looking at it as a symbol of safety considering it charges my powers and be grateful it follows us". As Skill talked out loud to Hexic it created a strange first impression as he spoke to a seemingly invisible voice. He directed his head back down to the stranger after looking up at the changing sky. "So who exactly are you assuming that you are a Virtue?"

Love starred at the girl feeling her, impressed that she knew her name, all their names. She was also slightly attracted to her. "Well hello there, I'm glad you like it, I'm...well you said it, Love, hahah, how'd you know that? And what should I call you?"
And yes, I am Yeh, and I am a 'Birdy' Yeh said as he looked at the girl. I think she seems to have a lot in common with you Love.
Love hadn't even noticed the other Virtue come start talking to them, she was too interested in the girl who seemed excited to meet her. She was happy to meet someone who was as energetic as herself.
"We were heading to get some food, maybe some pie, come with us!"

Time watched as more strange people and summons started joining their little group. A strange girl with a thing that looked like a..dingo maybe? He wasn't exactly sure, he'd never seen one, only heard of them. And a man too, with a...was that a bear? Time thought this whole thing was very strange indeed. Could there be all kinds of summons, even more inconspicuous than his own? No one would turn their heads at birds following someone, but a bear? Even he thought that was wierd. Though he had to admit, he'd seen the fall of nations in his time, so he really couldn't talk. He was the most strange out of them all.
"Hello, yes we are Virtues," 'Apparently' he thought in his head, and Tychi turned to look at him.
'So it would appear,' Tychi thought back to Time.
Time smiled at the young girl who ran up to Love.
It had all happened so fast that Time was almost overwhelmed. Not knowing exactly what to do or who to talk to, he turned to Skill.
"Can we go then? That way we can maybe sort out what everyone is doing here?"

Insanity stared above the head of the newcomer, "Honour.. Wodanaz.. Nice to meet you! I don't know anything about that...but they might!" She spun around to answer Love's question, "My name is...is Insanity! That's the one." She gave the girl a giant hug while briefly yet loudly declaring her love for pie.

Suddenly she spun around again, nearly tripping over her boot. "random....girl?" That didn't sound very much like they wanted her... She fell abruptly to the ground, watery eyes embedded in Kahr's back, unable to look at the others. Kahr spoke to Love mentally She's under the impression that you don't want her around he sighed.

Insanity didn't hear what the nice old man said, she was sobbing silently into the dingo's fur. They don't like me...they don't want me here....of course not. Who would want me? She broke down slightly, collapsing more of her weight onto her poor summon, as he lay down, and she curled up on the walkway with her face embedded in his soft coat.

Honour saw the energetic lady collapse onto her summon as he began to answer the younger mans question. "Yes I as the girl said am the Virtue Honour," following the question he turned to the older of the two and added, "I saw the look that was given to my summon. You have to forgive his size. We up until recently lived entirely in the forest where it was no hindrance. This is in fact my first visit to civilization in 10 years so forgive me if I seem a bit weary while we are here."

Honour's consideration on the idea of getting food made his stomach growl. "I would also like after we have attended to Insanity to perhaps get some food as you suggested." He then turned his attention to the you lady who had collapsed on her summon. He bent down to the girl and offered his hand and said in a soft voice, "A girl as pretty as you should not be spending time on this dirty ground. Allow me to help you up."

Skill sighed as he noticed the odd girl emotionally break down from his inconsiderate choice of words. "I apologize" Skill spoke calmly. These words were the only ones within his vocabulary he was certain would cure human emotion for any situation and at any moment. His apologetic words are his only sliver of decency, but he says them as if they have no meaning and have the simple magic ability to make problems vanish. "Here is an example as to why I have chosen to dispose of emotion from my personality. It brings more grief than good." Skill thought to Hexic. But she seems somewhat unstable in the head if you haven't noticed. Not all people are the same you know (speaking to Skill).

Skill drew his glowing eyes app-on time. "I agree we should get going. I am interested to learn who you all and what your business is here. You all seem so different and that makes this an interesting alliance. I'm not exactly shur what it means to be a Virtue but it seems to be making me some friends'. I'm relieved to see their might be more to life than people trying to kill us (speaking to all). Skill began his slow paced walk expecting the Virtues to follow and brought himself to a halt to where Honour was performing his generous act of helping Insanity to her feet from the stone streets. "It would be wise if we hurried, That storm cloud is hastily gaining ground towards us. It's presence doesn't bother me but I think it may annoy all of you".

"Don't be sad!" Love dropped to Insanity's level and wrapped her arms around the emotional girl. "Common, your with friends, we're going to get pie, pie!" She said happily trying to bring cheer to Insanity. She then stood and moved beside Honour, "He's right, a pretty girl should should be standing next to another pretty girl, me, and then we should all go with them and get to know each other. With Skill, and...Time was it?" she looked beside "And this guy, Honour?" She smiled widely, and looked back to Insanity "So get up! I need some girl power back-up!"

Time nodded to Love.
"Yes it is Time indeed. Shall we go?" He didn't want to seem rushed, but they were starting to draw an awfully lot of attention to themselves, and he didn't like it.
Time turned away to walk up the street, putting his arm around Honour's shoulder in an attempt to pull him away from Insanity and Love's moment.
"Honour my good man, tell me, what's it like having a bear for a partner? Must be pretty interesting trying to get into restaurants and the like no?" He was hoping that they could move along and get away from the prying eyes of the crowd. After all, through all his ages, one thing hadn't changed. People were always nosey in things they didn't understand.
