Element: The embodiment of Earth and Water, Purity controls all of the Winter/Spring elements.
Summon:
Pandeon, a great god-like creature taking a form similar to a deer, stands faithfully by Purity's side.Power:
Pandeon is often the voice of reason in times of confusion. He is the only one able to calm Purity down in the moments she is possessed by her quick temper, while Purity's headstrong nature often causes her to feel frustrated with her summon. However, at the end of the day, the two will always be best friends. Purity loves and trusts Pandeon more than any immortal taking human form.
Pandeon stands 13' at the antlers, 8' tall at the shoulders. His fur is a golden tawny at the head, back and neck, blending into a red-brown about his legs and hindquarters. He has several distinct markings, all of which are white. On his chest, there is one long white patch crossed by a rib-like pattern. Along his spine, a line of white spots highlights each of his vertebrae. They taper in size as the move down his back and over his long, thin tail, which finishes in a white tuft. On one shoulder, a solid white circle is hugged by a curving shape similar to the top half of a question mark.
Pandeon possesses power over water due to his mistress' affinity for it. He has the ability to summon moisture from the ground if no bodies of water are present. He is then capable of influencing the water to do his bidding as though it were his servant, a living being.
Purity is able to create a sanctuary from any area she chooses. She can bless any place to prevent war, death, and anger from occurring. She prefers not to use this power in access, as she realizes the importance of allowing events to occur through a natural process. Occasionally, when she herself is in need of a moment of peace to clear her mind, purity will create a smaller version of a typical sanctuary. she can also apply this power to others in an effort to aid them in gaining a hold on their emotions. Purity's ability to impose tranquility on herself and her surroundings may not be incredibly beneficial in combat, but are invaluable in preventing trouble.Weapon:
Purity, being a goddess, has influence over all elements. However, she prefers earth just as the earth favours her. She can control the rhythms of nature. Purity feels this is more of a cooperative act than it is a power she has. The trees and soil watch over her, cradling her as she sleeps, and they gently wake her upon the rising of the sun. (to be improved)
Purity wields a bow and quiver of arrows. She finds her weapon suited to her quite well as she prefers not to get up-close-and-personal when it comes to fighting.Appearance:
Each arrow consists of a slender oak shaft, tipped with a pale green jade head. The feathers of each arrow are a deep blue. Purity's quiver is marked by a series of elegant shapes and lines encircling it's top and bottom. In her spare time (if she can find the supplies), Purity enjoys hand crafting arrows. The bow itself is covered in a smooth, gold layer at each end.
Height: 5' 6"History:
Weight: 115 lbs.
Skin: Pale. Porcelain, not ghostly.
Eye colour: Deep blue
Hair: Black. She wears it down in long, loose curls.
Clothing: She prefers to wear long dresses that hug her slender torso but have loose skirts and sleeves, leaving her legs and arms free for running and moving about. Her favorite colour is green, as most of her wardrobe suggests.
Notable markings: Two white triangles, one beneath each eye, resting on her cheekbones. She also
All in all, she could be described as "elegant".
Pandora Kellar was born a merchant's daughter, unnoticed in the world if it hadn't been for her well-known father, Vaizel, and his travelling caravan. Her entire life was spent living in the richer parts of Indafell city, brought up to be a proper lady who might--to her mother's wishes--be married off to a richer man. Pandora 's elegance and beauty captivated many suitors, and she was soon engaged with the son of a powerful loan shark.Behaviour:
When she was nineteen, Pandora was invited to attend a Masquerade party in her neighborhood of Agaize Estates. The day she bought her dress, however, she was knocked unconscious and didn't wake up until later in the night. In a panic, she rushed to the house--fearing her father's reputation and her marriage would be ruined because of the unfortunate occurrence-- but found the place brutally destroyed, the city block stained red. Only four smiling people emerged from the wreckage, red-splattered and completely inhuman, even to the untrained eye. One of the females had a victorious, content look on her face-- and wore the dress Pandora had bought only that morning.
Future seemingly destroyed, but life spared by this fearsome vengeful girl, Pandora set out to understand who these people were. Over the next year, she could find nobody similar in feel to what she had experienced looking at the four of them that night.
Until the day the Empire fell.
Twenty years old and having found a new track on life, Pandora was part of the thousands of people who stampeded into Desarith in awe of a huge castle that seemingly appeared overnight. Unlike many who wanted to tear it to the ground and exploit the 'magic', she was there to find the girl from the massacre. She knew she would find her.
And she did, at the center of it all, looking regal and defiant as she had the year before. Pandora watched a war take place in fear, horror and awe, from the minute the humans stampeded forwards (and she remained among the trees), to the moment a giant deer and ethereal goddess-being recited powerful words about peace and promises. She paid close attention to a red-headed girl--seemingly human--as she spoke quietly to both the lady of the massacre and a tall man. Then there was a bright flash of light. When Pandora opened her eyes, only the humans remained, and the fiery-haired female was laying on the ground, unconscious.
Pandora, at first, did not know what to do. Something inside her was telling her to turn east, and keep walking, but she didn't want to leave this (clearly) important girl behind. She snagged a travelling horse standing nearby and hoisted the both of them up onto it, before setting off at a gallop in the direction her heart was calling her to.
The next bit became a blur; a second castle could be seen over the tops of the trees, a pearly white against the emerald foliage. How had this one not gotten attacked, too? Slowly bringing her horse around, she was instantly met with a group of strange individuals, who looked just as confused as she was. And yet somehow, she already knew them all by name.
Over the next month, she and these 'Virtues'--who immediately noticed the white triangles on her cheeks, and began calling her their goddess-- came to the conclusion that she was no longer human. The spirit of Purity had taken over her body. When she went to ask them what happened to the group of others, the 'Sins', as her conscious filled in, she would immediately forget her question and only remember at a later date.
Over the last three years, now known as Purity, she has been helping Lark to figure out where the Sins have fled to, and has been questioning just as much as the next person as to why everyone's elements are a bit imbalanced. She knows she must hunt down a couple people in order to solve the puzzle, but at the moment, she's just as lost as the next person.
Purity is relentless in everything she does. She refuses to quit. Her determination has pulled her through difficulties, but also contributes to her occasional rudeness. She is very quick to anger, however, she rarely means anyone true harm. Because she is so strong-willed, she is easily frustrated by those who don't understand and accept her point of view.Other:
While she may seem sour to the core upon first glance, Purity longs for friendship and closeness like anyone else. She has a little-known loving and playful side, exposed only to her summon.
