Offshoot: Azazel

He was but one being in the open sky. Six grey-black wings beat furiously as the angel searched fruitlessly for his goal, beads of moisture glistening on his brow. It was a large distance before the being in the sky let out a soft cry of despair; he'd never find it, as had been decreed he and the rest of the Grigori, the Watchers, were sealed in the valleys of the Earth until Judgement Day..

The proud angel squeezed the stray tears away from his red-gold eyes as he let all six wings go slack, descending rapidly from the sky. All-too-familiar guilt surged in him as he remembered the endless sky. The infinite earth in this lost land. No matter how much sky he and Azazel traversed, or how much earth their hands dug through, it was limitless yet binding; there was no escape. Still the two stubborn Grigori princes had refused to accept their fate, believing they could get past the sentence He'd given them..

Semyaza's morale had been severely broken the day Angel Raphael had taken Azazel away. Azazel, his pillar of strength, his comrade. The decree laid upon the fallen angel still rang, bitter and true in his mind.

Input would be coo', I'd like to see reception towards this before I get ProBoards-happy and stuff.

Mini-info: Lost Eden was a storyline I had a year or two ago, but never entirely went through..half of it is based rather loosely on the story of the Grigori, angels who messed around on Earth, had some babies with human wimins, got chucked out Heaven, etc.

Anyways...all input/critique/etc appreciated.

edit: yeah, it's supposed to be a bit vague..consider it a teaser of sorts.
